i think the article is digestable, since the readers able to grasp the content of the article. The stance of the writer was obviously condemned the African high authority since they put weapon issue as priority compared to batteled HIV/AIDS issue whih is the real "War" that they have to overcome. the writer also included the intervention that was provided by NGO to help African peoples. the writer tend to infor the readers about the condition in Africa, as well as to urge African authorities to increase the medication for HIV/AIDS patient, and be more realistic towards the condition.
